TODAYYE IS MOTHER'S DAY!

last night i made this =D


OREO CHEESECAKE






SO NICE RIGHT. IT TASTE SO GOOD AND LOOKS SO GOOD. EVERYONE SAID IT WAS NICE. WELL IT SHOULD BE! because i spent a bloody 4 hours on it when it was suppose to only take 15 mins -.- because of what yuanyi wrote lah! she said "beat the cream cheese until can flow" so i beat and beat and beat after ONE FRIGGI HOUR the cream still could NOT FLOW. so i was damn frustrated. then of course by that time my mummy came back and she saw what i was doing so...plan to surprise her failed. blehh. but its ok she was still touched =DD YAYYYYYYYY

i shall experiment with other kinds of cheese cakes. maybe i will become a patissier instead of a designer =D HAHAHA
